HISTORIC AVERY HOUSE | FORT COLLINS, COLORADO

AVERY HOUSE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS

Frank Avery was one of Fort Collins' founding fathers, responsible for Fort Collins' signature wide streets, it's first bank, and irrigation projects that jump-started agriculture in Northern Colorado. Six years after arriving in Fort Collins, he built his dream home for $3,000 in 1879. Until the family gave up the home in 1962 there were many renovation projects so the Queen Anne vision for refined several times.

Wedding parties dress in the historic Carriage House which is a few steps away from the ceremony gazebo. There's lots of walk around (or bike around) spots for photos beyond the Avery House grounds. Fort Collins' alleys offer fun urbanscapes. We can help design a wedding day timeline that allows for the perfect mix of posed and storytelling photography.
